What this site is
A published database of information about forex and CFD brokers, together with our own ratings and written assessments. It is general information for a general audience.
What it is not
It is not financial advice. Nothing here is a personal recommendation to open an account, to trade, or to buy or sell any instrument. We do not know your circumstances, your experience or your objectives, and nothing on this site takes them into account. We are not authorised to give investment advice in any jurisdiction and we do not do so.
It is also not an offer or solicitation, and it is not directed at anyone in a jurisdiction where publishing it would be unlawful. Trading forex and CFDs is restricted or prohibited for retail clients in some countries; it is your responsibility to know whether that includes yours.
Accuracy
We compile every record carefully and correct it on evidence, but broker terms change constantly and without notice. A spread, a licence, a leverage cap or a fee can be out of date between the day it was recorded and the day you read it.
Before you rely on any figure here, verify it with the broker directly and with the relevant regulator's own register. We do not warrant that the content is complete, current or error-free.
Risk
Trading forex and CFDs carries a high risk of losing money rapidly through leverage. The majority of retail accounts lose money. You may lose more than you deposit if your broker does not provide negative balance protection. Only trade with money you can afford to lose entirely.
Links to brokers
Some outbound links to brokers are affiliate links, and we may be paid a commission if you open an account through one. This is explained in full on how we make money. We have no control over any broker's website, terms or conduct, and linking to one is not an endorsement of it. Your relationship with a broker is entirely between you and that broker.
Using our content
The text, ratings, database structure and design of this site are ours. You are welcome to quote a short extract with a link back for the purposes of comment, review or reporting. Wholesale copying, scraping the database, or republishing our ratings as your own is not permitted. Broker names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used here to identify the brokers we write about.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any trading loss, lost profit, or other loss or damage arising from your use of this site or from reliance on anything published on it. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top of the page shows when they last changed. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
